Project Services
Green Services are available
to evaluate sustainable design, renewable energy and natural building material
and technique options. Clients use Green Services to guide the implementation of
building-related projects that are oriented toward sustainability.
Addressing the residential and institutional building markets, Green Services
are offered through two key products, Ideal-Based Development, and
Sustainability Action Plans. These services provide the needed framework to sort
through the myriad of competing issues and eco-trade-offs encountered when
applying “green” ideals to real-world projects.
Green Services provide solutions informed by the specifics of each client’s
project. They are one aspect of Project Services working in conjunction with
strategic consulting, program development and project coordination services.
Program Development
Program Development supports the planning needed to span strategic themes
with tangible actions. Clients use Program Development services to develop and
refine tactical concepts that achieve strategic objectives. While program
initiatives are largely idea-based, effective programs lead to well-planned
projects steeped in the essential underlying values of the organization or
individual.
Current project examples include the development of a town-wide energy audit
program for the Lower Connecticut River Valley based on the Rocky Mountain
Institute’s Community Energy Workbook and the development of a local clean
energy campaign.
Program Development services are an integral aspect of our process for
identifying key strategic themes, developing creative approaches to achieving
them, and translating these programs into tangible actions with the support of
our Project Coordination services.
Project Coordination
Project Coordination supports the implementation of specific programmatic
initiatives, often developed in association with Program Development services.
Clients use Project Coordination services to provide management oversight for
multi-faceted projects that require an orientation to detail and monitoring of
the progress toward a value-based intention.
Project Coordination completes the offering of Project Services offered to
support effective strategic initiatives with a special emphasis on a perspective
of community, global welfare and sustainability.
